IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This is a booking voucher only in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed up to Marina.
- Kindly download E-Ticket for hassle free entrance at the Aquarium
- You are required to carry a Hard Copy of the E-Ticket to gain an entry at the Dubai Mall Aquarium.
- Pregnant lady or Children below 3 years, are not allowed in Glass Boat.
- Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
- The Operational Hours for this activity are Sundays to Wednesdays 10:00 am to 11:00 pm and from Thursdays to Saturdays 10:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
- Visitors can go on a Glass-bottom boat ride, providing unique views of the tank from beneath their feet.
- Wheelchair and Stroller accessible.
- This product must not be individually sold to an end consumer at rates lower than the attraction’s gate prices. It can only be discounted if in combination with other products and under no circumstances should its standalone price be featured less than the original gate price.
- The 48 metre walk-through Tunnel provides 270 degree views from 11 metres below the surface of the tank.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

Cancellation Policy
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
