IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Airport transfers come with 2 different options Pick up / Drop off. Your service will be executed according to your booking selection. You can select both the options if you wish to avail a 2 way transfer (Pick up & Drop off)
- Midnight Hours Service operates between 22:00 – 07:00 only on Pvt. Basis
- The Pick up / Drop off will be arranged from areas other than City Centre on request with an additional charge.
- Our driver will meet you at the Information Counter at the Airport at the time of your Arrival and Hotel Lobby at the time of your departure.

BOOKING POLICY
Cancellation Policy
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
- If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
