This Safari will evoke the history of “The Man Eater of Tsavo” with a visit to Mzima Spring, Chyulu Hills, Shetani Lava, and a visit to the land with majestic elephants with a backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Check for flights arriving at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi early morning before 07:30hrs in readiness to depart for Tsavo.
Met on arrival by your safari driver guide at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a pre-safari briefing depart and drive to Tsavo West National Park to arrive at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge in time for lunch or late lunch
Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge
Superbly situated in the lee of Mount Kilimanjaro and sheltered by the volcanic splendor of the Chyulu Hills, this classic stone-built lodge overlooks its own water hole, which is visited daily by elephants, buffalos, and a wide variety of plains game.
At 16:00hrs enjoy an afternoon game-viewing drive in the park. Tsavo West National Park offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world with large herds of dusty-red elephants, hippos, giant crocodiles, black rhinoceros, African buffalos, and “the big five.”

Full day in Tsavo with morning and afternoon game viewing drives at 06:00hrs and 16:00hrs respectively.
Other animals commonly seen in the park are the Zebra, antelopes, gazelles, mongoose, hyrax, dik-dik and the lesser kudu. Birdlife is in abundance as more than 600 species of birds have been recorded.
Some of the interesting areas to be visited are the Mzima Spring, Roaring Rocks, Chaimu, and Shetani Lava sites to mention a few.

16:00hrs Enjoy afternoon game-viewing drives in the park. Amboseli is one of the most popular destinations for safari-goers to Kenya, but it also offers some spectacular views of the highest free-standing mountain in the world- Mount Kilimanjaro.

Full day in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives at 06:30hrs and 16:00hrs respectively.
Elephants are a dominant presence in Amboseli; they are tracked almost constantly by researchers thus; the reason they largely escaped the ravages of 1980s poaching. Here, you are able to spot some of the older “tuskers” lumbering almost delicately before the backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
