Situated in the Selous Game Reserve, which is home to such a Noah’s ark of wildlife, that it’s been made a World Heritage Site. Sand Rivers lies in close proximity to Steigler’s Gorge, Lake Tagalala and the Beho Beho hot springs.

Accommodation at Sand Rivers Selous
Has 8 rooms in total and all are open-fronted cottages made of stone and thatch and raised on platforms. There are five Riverside rooms and three Hillside Suites. The Hillside Suites have a separate living area and small plunge pool. All rooms have bathrooms en-suite with hot and cold running water, flush toilets and powerful showers. The Rhino House is perfect for honeymoon couples, features private dining and a variety of activities.
