To provide realism to the place, an airport has been constructed from where children enter Kidzania. Children are allowed to move in the city freely which encourages them to think independently. One adult can accompany a child in the city. It is a knowledge based theme park that allows your child to think logically.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This is a booking voucher only in case of booking an attraction entrance, it is must to download ticket from Booking Admin Panel and carry the ticket separately.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
- Pick up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Sharing transfers is available from Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed upto Marina.
- Kindly download E-Ticket for hassle free entrance at the Aquarium
- You are required to carry a Hard Copy of the E-Ticket to gain an entry at the Dubai Mall Aquarium.
- Transfer options will be arranged for this activity if you select the With transfer option at the time of your Booking.
- Outside Food & beverages are not allowed in the Kidzania Premises.
- Pets Not Allowed.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

BOOKING POLICY
Cancellation Policy
- All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. If Cancellation made within 24 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
- If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days
Ticket Policy – Once your tickets are issued system will not allow you to cancel any order
Child Policy
- Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children between age 2 to 3 will be considered as Toddler and charged Toddler rate.
- Children between age 4 to 16 will be considered as Child and charged Child rate.
- Children above age 17 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
