Loldia House

Nestling under the acacia and wild fig trees on the green western shores of Lake Naivasha, the present Loldia House was constructed by Italian prisoners of war from stone quarried on the farm.

Built around a courtyard, its main archway frames a stunning view of the dormant volcano Mount Longonot.

An old farmhouse on a ranch in the northwestern part of Lake Naivasha.


Facilities at Loldia House

Offers a dining room in old colonial style and a lounge. Leisure facilities include golf, tennis, day and night game drives, horse riding, boat rides on Lake Naivasha, boat rides to Crescent Island*, fishing, walking safaris, bird watching, cultural visits and a day trip to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Accommodation at Loldia House

8 rooms with en suite bathrooms with shower. A double room in the top cottage features an outside bathroom.
