Tortilis Camp is named after the tortilis acacia tree and is a charming rustic tented camp built into the side of a hill, facing the foothills of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro.
The friendly staff, drawn from the local Masai community, are dedicated to offering a truly memorable stay.
Game drives, guided bush walks, bush meals and sundowners are conducted both inside the park and within a private 30,000 acre game concession.

Accommodation at Tortilis Camp
16 Spacious tents with king or twin beds, each with an en elegant en suite bathroom with shower, and a large verandah. There is also a family tent with a large verandah, which has 1 double en suite bedroom and 1 twin en suite bedroom, both of which can fit one extra bed for children under the age of 16 years.
